🔍 We conducted a google forms survey (~30)
asking students, athletes, and other individuals who frequent public recreation areas their experience.
🎯 The majority of our survey takers interacted with the athletic amenities of public parks such as tennis courts and sports fields. Leading us to narrow our scope to public sports facilities.

🔑 To better organize our data and understand our users, we created an affinity map of the key insights from the user surveys and interviews.
👤 Using the affinity map as a guide, we create a user persona to create a target for CourtSync.
🗺️ Following the user persona, we created a journey map that helped us better empathize with our users.
🧠 Before deciding on CourtSync, we went through a series of divergent brainstroming and convergent thinking through a weighted matrix to ensure the best solution for our users.
➡️ In order to come up with the most optimal product, we conducted a analysis of an existing platform that strives to target a similar HMW statement.
